required to confirm reservation. Balance
and/or full payment is due no later than

Refund /
Cancellation |
If you are unable to attend this seminar
once you have registered, you are
welcome to send a substitute. If none is
available, you will be entitled to a
refund as follows:

14 days or more before the seminar
date: Full refund

13 through 7 days before the date of
the seminar: Full refund, less a $25
service fee

6 days before through the date of the
seminar / No show: No refund
This seminar must reach a minimum
enrollment for it to be conducted as
scheduled. If that enrollment is not met
fourteen days prior to the start date,
the seminar will be cancelled and all
registrants notified by telephone and
e-mail. If for any reason the seminar is
cancelled, our liability is limited to a
full refund of fees paid.

Time and
Location |
This seminar will be held from 9 am - 5
pm, with check-in and continental
breakfast beginning at 8:30 am. There
will be one hour for lunch and fifteen
minute breaks in the morning and
afternoon.
